ONLINE Adult Classes

We are delighted to announce that we can now bring you more online classes, taught by some of your favourite teachers and introducing some amazing new ones!

Many of you will be pleased to hear that we are including the ever popular Weekend Workout, we couldn’t let lockdown stop a class that’s been held for nearly 40 years could we?

We hope to add more classes to the timetable over the coming weeks so keep your eye on the website and our social media pages.

Classes will be delivered on Zoom and the cost per class is just £5.00, free for NHS and care workers.

Currently we are not offering the 10 class pass or membership, if you have unused purchased classes you may use those tickets any time after restrictions are lifted.

All classes are for mixed abilities.

We miss you all very much and look forward to seeing you soon.

Best wishes from all at Bodywork.
